The end of September I had dinner with 3 others and the service and server were just great. I had the Ahi Tuna and so did my friend and within about 4 hours we both had diarraha. My 1st call to a manager got an apology, but the response seemed not sincere. My 2nd call to the manager in charge was shocking as he inferred that I had gotten the diarraha from something I ate someplace else. It was very unprofessionial. My 3rd call to their parent company also lacked a professional response. I am sending back my View Points card and $25 coupon as I cannot not go back to a place that won't treat their long time customers properly.

Not your typical Maryland crabcake. Crabcakes are large though. However, odd flavor of mustard sauce that's not normally in a Maryland crabcake. Service is very good.

parking isn't a disaster if you look around and aren't opposed to a short walk. there is meter parking on mainstreet, a parking garage to the left of mainstreet, you can park all night for two bucks. if you don't want to pay, there is a funeral parlor on the street parallel to main. free parking. it just makes the walk slightly more substantial. as for the sushi, if you are the ultimate sushi connoiseur then it may fall below your standards, however, if you are just a normal redblooded american looking for some good sushi then joss is your spot. the crunchy ebi, lobster, lobster tempura, rainbow, joss, and atlantic rolls are among the best. it is my absolute favorite restaurant. if you are looking for a good meal, and cozy atmosphere, and an all around great experience, check out joss. the walk down mainstreet to the water after sushi is great, and a great spot for a post sushi milkshake is either chick n ruths, or the annapolis ice cream shop, depending on what time you go. as far as i'm concerned joss is the only sushi in annapolis. nano, and yin yankee aren't even worth a second look.

Very poor service - waiter didn't tell us the specials, didn't offer a wine list, seemed snobby and phoney. Entrees were decent - salad (Spinach for Two) was a total ripoff unless you like baby spinach dumped on a plate with about two tablespoons of crmbled bacon and dry mushrooms - had to ask for dressing - was given a bottle of oil and one of wine vinegar.
